Whilst we always strive to provide an excellent service, we know that from time to time mistakes can happen. We want to be able to resolve them and learn from them to prevent them from happening again.


If you have an issue related to the service delivered via the Helpline, please raise it by providing the following details:  

If you are reporting a Helpline issue on behalf of someone else (e.g. a colleague, employee or family member) please note that due to the confidential nature of the service and in order to protect privacy we will require the individual’s consent (via a signed form below). 


Without a signed consent form we will not be able to investigate a complaint that relates to another individual. Please also understand, that we cannot keep you updated regarding the investigation without a signed consent form.
