Online facilitated peer support

Our peer groups aim to improve your wellbeing and give you the space to process high-pressure situations with other supply staff. You will make new connections and develop new insights and perspectives.


You will participate in six 90-minute sessions in a group of six or seven other supply staff. Your sessions will be facilitated by a professional coach, with experience of working within the education sector.

Eligibility
You must be able to attend six sessions of online peer support. Each session is 90-minutes long and usually take place once per month at a time agreed between the group and your facilitator. When signing up please do consider this commitment, and whether you are able to make it. 

This support is for anybody in a supply role, in a maintained school in Wales.
