FE Leader Support Service (England)

Thank you for applying to be part of our FE Leader professional supervision service. Though we hope to be able to include all applicants, we need for the participants to be as representative as possible of the wider population of FE leaders in England, as such we may need to discount applicants if one geographical region becomes over represented. If this proves to be the case, the selection criteria used to select successful applicants will be strictly on a first come first served basis within that region.

FE Leader Professional Supervision service

Our professional supervision gives you space to think and reflect, to discuss who you are, how you are and what’s going on for you at work. Professional supervision focuses on your role as a leader within education. You can bring any concerns you have about school or college culture, team dynamics, staff members, students or yourself, and share them with a qualified and experienced supervisor.

Your supervisor will work with you over six fully funded one-to-one sessions online, which are completely confidential. Ahead of your six sessions, your supervisor will talk you through what to expect and how you’ll work together.

Please note: All our professional supervision sessions will be held during working hours.

Eligibility

Individuals eligible to receive the FE leader support service will be senior college leaders i.e. CEOs and Principals, and those who report directly to them who currently work in statutory FE Colleges in England (General FE College, Sixth Form College, Designated Institution and 16-19 Academies)
