FE Leader Support Service (England)

Thank you for your expression of interest in our FE Leader Service – Professional Supervision.   We are currently experiencing very high demand for this service and are therefore placing you on a waiting list.  We will contact you as soon as we are able to process your application.

FE Leader Professional supervision service

Professional supervision

Our professional supervision gives you a safe and confidential space to talk about, and process what is going on for you at work. You will work with trained professional supervisors to develop new coping strategies and feel more fulfilled and in control. You will receive six free one-to-one sessions by Zoom or telephone, which are completely confidential.

Eligibility
Individuals eligible to receive the FE leader support service will be senior college leaders i.e. CEOs and Principals, and those who report directly to them who currently work in statutory FE Colleges in England (General FE College, Sixth Form College, Designated Institution and 16-19 Academies)
  • CEO
  • Principal
  • Vice/Deputy/Assistant CEO
  • Vice/Deputy/Assistant Principal
  • Other senior leadership role - reporting to CEO and/or Principal (e.g Chief Operating Officer, Group Director, Chief Finance Officer)
You must be able to attend six sessions of professional supervision
