Events 05 March 2025 / 3 mins read
This masterclass, run by expert facilitator Helen Clare, created for men and those assigned male at birth, will give you a deeper understanding of the challenges of perimenopause and menopause in the school environment and more confidence to navigate conversations around menopause with colleagues and team members. During this masterclass we will explore:
- What happens to the body and mind in peri/menopause?
- How this can affect our work in schools?
- What about menopause?
- How schools can support staff through menopause?
- How we can best support our colleagues?
- How can we navigate conversations about menopause as leaders and colleagues?
- How we can contribute to a change in culture around menopause?
- What does it mean to be an ally?
