Personal and professional boundaries can be challenging to navigate, however, setting and communicating them is essential for our health and wellbeing. This funded workshop for teaching assistants or learning support assistants in Wales, looks at boundaries and the impact of boundaries on our mental health and wellbeing.
During this interactive session you will:
- Gain an understanding of what boundaries are
- Learn how to set a boundary
- Explore some theory to help you communicate your boundaries
- Practice ways of saying ‘no’, well
- Experience time for reflection
Who should attend?
This fully-funded workshop is for all teaching assistants or learning support assistants in Wales.
This session will not be recorded, so don't miss your chance to attend. Masterclasses and TA workshops only run until March 2025.
Things you need to know
Please ensure you have a working camera and microphone as this session is interactive and provides space for participants to chat through their thoughts, share best practice and engage in discussions. Having your camera on also helps facilitate a safe space for everyone.
